Wow, that's a nice upgrade. I was wondering when someone would try and replicate it for LHD.

Sadly a great member of our Honda community has passed a way at the age of 49. He'd taken up cycling as his main pass time/hobby and was out on a bike ride with his riding friends last Wednesday night and collapsed and had a heart attack. There was nothing anyone could do. Pasene has helped us allot in the glory days of, with digging up Honda related brochures and providing our community with insights. Even though our life paths strayed over the last few years, he's always been a friend.

He will be missed! Era i roto i te rangimarie (rest in peace) Pasene R Faifua

Small update.

I had the OEM Honda Access dashmat in my former EFs. Unfortunately Honda only did them for RHD cars.

Johnny Tegiwa ( ) now produces LHD Replicas.

I received the very first sample to test fit it in a LHD car!

I really love it. Nearly the same as the OEM part. Very well done.

And again here we go

The date is set for the 10th EE - Meeting 2018 at the famous Nürburgring in Germany - the green hell.

Weekend 20.07.-22.07.2018

10 years EE Meeting at the famous Nürburgring !!!!

Saturday, 21st of July

Meeting point is the parking lot at the opposite to the Nürburgring Boulevard 1, 53520 Nürburg

Google Maps: 50°19'58.5"N 6°56'49.2"E

Meet and greet, tech talks, just having fun, followed by a fotoshooting

You can enter the parking lot via the usual entrance and please pull a ticket.

The ticket for each car costs 5,00€, this is because the charge to rent the parking lot increases every year and we hope you also want to contribute to the costs. Once you have a ticket you can leave and return afterwards to the parking lot again.

tbd. PM

Together we take a tour round the Eiffel, 40-50km

Dinner, La Laterna. Hauptstr. 50,53539 Kelberg (

If you have any questions - please feel free to ask. We always looking forward to see new faces and new cars.

Good news for everyone who wants to ride the green hell. The track is open the whole weekend (fr-su)! (you can switch the language in the upper left corner of the page!!)

Here are some impressions of the last years event:

Time for an update:

USDM mirrors

Seat belts:
replaced the silver ones for black ones!

Heater Unit
My former heater unit was broken on two tabs. The pre owner tried to fix it but he wasn successful.

Found an EF3 unit and started to change it for mine.

Good brackets:

Theres is an obviously difference between both. The small japanese fingers require larger rocker arm levers^^ Left EDM, right JDM:

Some parts required the changefrom RHD to LHD:

The only difference between both units is the scale on the upper right side:

Everything works fine again and lightens as OEM:

Nonsmoker package:

My car is a non smoker car so there is no need for the cigarette lighter. I was looking for an alternative and found 12V Power outlet from a 1998 USDM Honda Civic LX .

Ready and its working.

I have Integra Type Rx seats installed and found a bnib shiftboot from a Type Rx.

My former shiftboot wasnt fitting exactly on the edges:

Now its done perfectly:

Then in June we had the annual EE-Meeting at the Nürburgring.

Then we had to do TÜV:

All suspension bushings were replaced and minor stuff has been done

After the uddate from OBD0 to OBD1 we were on the motor power testing station (dyno).

Result are 280hp and 310Nm.
Next meeting was the Meeting:

Another dyno gave the same results.

After thinking about selling the car I am at a point where  I think this might be a big mistake.

So at first I started to rearrage the "furniture" in my garage to get more space and to be able to start working on the car this winter :welcometo:

C-bar Pillar installed:

Before - black gloss:

After - Powdercoated RAL9005 to match the rest of the interior parts:

2 or 3 years ago I found that the lock of the glove box is chrome. I always wanted to have that one because I have multiple chrome parts in the interior.

After large search I found out the Accord glove box lock is nearly the same. I found one in the US from a 1988 Accord Sedan.

EE-glove box:

Accord glove box:

As expected both were not interchangeable. The Accord one was larger.

The inside:

The outside:

My very first try of plastic welding:

Then I tried it directly on the good parts:

Not a beauty but its working  :danc1:.

Then the outside:

Finally assembled for the first time:

Due to the cage I wasnt able to open the glove box so I really do not needed the chrome glove box lock^^

But I tried my best:

And the result:

Cheers
