small update:
yesterday I received some great news: it looks like I am going to be able to insure the car as a "sport-timer".
This is a special insurance for sports-cars/oldtimers, or almost anything in between. Basically, it's a solution for everybody who wants insure another car wich one drives for a hobby (SO NO DD'S!!!

) for cars with an age anywhere between 0 and 20 yrs old. After that, the car can be insured as a genuine oldtimer (that's what I think at least).
In short, what does this mean?
-Every year I have to taxate (?) the car, this has to be done by an authorized dude (lol)
-Maximum of 5000 km's a year
-Passengers are also insured
and the best of all: it's an all-risks insurance!!!
Obviously I am very relieved, this saves me quite some money. I'll fill you all in on the details as soon as I actually have the car insured this way.
