Well after a few weeks the welding is done, there was a lot of work to do and i think we did a great job.
Now the paint had to come on. big problem because my painter had a lot of work so paint will come on probably later this year  :banghead:, he is opening his new shop in November its a bit of a downer but after a ten years standstill we will not rush into anything :stupid:

Downside is that i can't make it to the mEEt this year so another year goes by without but better next year.
Got some more time to decide if i will do a complete rebuild of just paint it throw some racingseats in put the cage in and make a fun car, what dou you guys think?

below some before and after welding pics enjoy

nice progress mate. Too bad you cant make the mEEt:-(

Well tbh its up to you what you wanna build. I think if you wanna have a fun car - build it. If you wanna keep it OEM - do it;-)

Please think twice, and IMHO don't do a track car and ruin another OEM Dutch EE9! The car will be more valuable when properly restored. These cars are getting more rare with the years.

Any chance you would share the license plate number now???
