ok im going for the hotel i think,, ill search for one on the internet and how about the meeting ? where do i must pay: on this site or at the ring entrance , how does it work ? 
The meeting is free of charge, at least it was for the last 2 editions, and I know it will be free again.
Only the driving on the Ring itself you need to pay for it per lap, or you can buy a ticket for multiple laps,
which then is cheaper then buying 1 lap each time.
But if its your first time on the Ring I would suggest doing 1 lap first and experience the Nordschleife
at a steady pace.
I think most Dutch guys will be staying at the same hotel, so if everybody who is 100% sure that they are going
will let it know here, then we can plan the hotel, and book the rooms.
The Motorsporthotel where most of the Germans will be staying is almost booked completely for that weekend.
But I know a good hotel for half the price of that only a few minutes from the Ring entrance.
