Well, Unforntunatly there won't be any more updates for a very very long time.

Because she has been sitting in one of these for a month and will be for a long time, could be as long as 3 years but I do hope to get her out sometime late next year.

I will miss it, but not too much as I'll be really busy working on these:

Yeah, parts of it suck, but I am having a good time and it will make any time I do have the civic out even better.

I will be working as a First Officer once I get my MCA OOW 3000GT (Officer of the Watch) (Along with numerous other qualifications I still have to get) but until then I'm working as a Senior Deckhand/Bosun

Well, as I am home for a Month on Holiday I thought I should perhaps do some work on the Civic. I've had loads of fun driving her again, I'd forgotten how good it was.

So despite how much I love the B16B I feel its time for a change, I do love B16B's and have loved every moment of it and I still intend to put a built one into a stripped out civic or crx at some point. For now though I've decided to go for a Built B20 VTEC and am going to hope I don't miss the B16B.

I know everyone loves new car parts so here are a few of my news bits and bobs.

Two catch cans for the crankcase breather setup

Some heatwrap for the new Manifold

BPI Velocity Stack

New K&N filter, this thing is huge   Didn't think it would fit but I tried it on the other day and it does fit, sort of.

Omni Power 70MM taper bore throttle body

OBD1 O2 sensor

Had a nice box of goodies turn up the other day:

If you look in the corner of that last photo you can see a rocker cover, here it is, this will just be temporary:

And here is what was in the box, this stuff was all from Scott at H-Tune, I reccommend him to anyone, good prices, very helpful and great customer service:

Rywire OBD0 - OBD1 conversion harness, O2 extension and OBD0 - OBD2 Dizzy adaptor

Edelbrock Victor X intake manifold - this thing is big.

Blox Max-Flo Header - this is a lovely bit of kit, I'm very impressed with the quality and the welds are really nice. It should work really well with the new 3" exhaust.

Made a small change to the Edelbrock - I like this better, what do you think?

I fabbed up a scrape plate out of think SS, I got my mate Alan from thebodyshop to weld it on, he sure knows how to weld, did a great job, the welds look just as neat at the ones done by machine on the manifold itself, almost look like it came that way, hopefully this does a good job of protecting the manifold:
