damn! sorry to hear that, don't mind me asking but what is your occupation on these ships?
Yeah, parts of it suck, but I am having a good time and it will make any time I do have the civic out even better.

I will be working as a First Officer once I get my MCA OOW 3000GT (Officer of the Watch) (Along with numerous other qualifications I still have to get) but until then I'm working as a Senior Deckhand/Bosun

Thanks. I'm working as a Deckhand on the Indian Empress at the moment, we spend summer in the Med - France, Monaco, Malta, Spain, Italy, Montenegro ect. We'll soon be heading to Abu Dhabi for the F1 and will be spending the winter season in around the Indian ocean, Abu Dhabi, Goa, India, Maldives, Thailand ect.

Heres some photos of my new 3" exhaust, excuse the dirty car, its done nearly 500 miles without a wash and most of those were on wet or damp roads. I've also noticed that I need to clean and re-seal underneath so that will be on the cards when I get home. The manifold hangs really low, and the exhaust doesn't have a huge amount of clearnace either, I'm going to have to raise the car a bit all round.

Check out how low it hangs:

Its quite shiny as it is but I'm sure I can make it better so I'll buff up the rear section when I get a chance.

Thanks, I'm very happy with it, don't think I could have got one made any better.

My engine is the same height as a B18. I think the manifold would sit low on any Honda, its got some big bore pipe so its always going to be struggleing for room. Its just that the engines in out cars sit so low in the bay thay it becomes a problem, in an EK or DC2 the ground clearance would probably be ok.

I certainly hope I don't regret it, from what I've heard about built B20's though, I think I'm going to love it loads. Cheers

Spend 5 - 6 months training to get the necessary Qualifications for a basic job, then apply to a few crew agencies and hope your CV is good enouth for a boat to pick you (thats the best way)

First Photos of the B20 Installed

The B20 is in, it was meant to get dyno'd today but due to a rather large number of issues that had to be sorted we never made it. Most of my headaches are sorted now though and it should be ready for dyno tuning on monday. That Edelbrock intake manifold makes fitting everything else a pita, its so big it takes up a lot of room in a small EE bay and it sits so low the intake gets in the way of the fuel line, BMC and clutch cable.
