Well, bit of a late update but the engine is in and working and unfortunatly the car is back in storage as I have headed back to work again.
Was quite a stressful process and there were a few problems but we got there in the end and it made some decent figures.

Final figures were:
243.2bhp and
160lbft Its making 128lbft at from just 2400rpm

Its a very quick engine, It pulls a lot harder beetween 2000 - 5000rpm which is an area I use a lot, theres so much more torque down there. I can't believe how hard it pulls in every gear or how fast it gets to the limiter in 4th, its still pulling really hard in 5th and passing in 5th gear is now effortless as it just pulls from any revs. Traction is definitly an issue in first and second gears if you are too heavy with the throttle. I do still miss parts of the B16B though, like the way its loved to rev so hard and the way in sounded, the B20 sounds good but not as good as my B16B did, its very deep and rumbly and doesn't really sound like you would expect from a Honda. I would love to have a built B16B in another car at some point in the future.
I've still got loads to do with my setup, the main things are sorting my front breather setup out, getting custom intake piping made and I think also some more fine tuning of the part throttle map. This will all have to wait untill I'm home next. I'll have the fittings for the breather setup waiting for me next time iI'm home and these will be going on asap as without them its breathing too heavily from the block breather and filling up my rear catch can way too quick.
After a good few hours sorting things out and cleaning her up its not looking too bad.
